Indiana fans won't be the only ones taking in today's Cream and Crimson clash inside Memorial Stadium, as the Hoosiers welcome some talented prospects to town. Among those in attendance will be wide receiver Emmanuel Rugamba, as he tweeted out this morning he was headed to Indiana.
The talented athlete saw action on offense, defense and in the return game during the 2014 season at Naperville (Ill) Central. On offense he lined up on the perimeter, in the slot, and occasionally at wing back. This highly-skilled prospect shows off his versatility in his Junior year Hudl highlight tape.
According to 247Sports Composite Rankings, Rugamba is the No. 106 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 18 player overall in the state of Illinois in the 2016 class. He currently has offers from Ball State, Boston College, Bowling Green, Indiana, Illinois, Illinois State, Miami (OH), Toledo, and Western Michigan.
