Jacob Mangum-Farrar Looks the Part of a Playmaker for IU's Defense

The transfer portal has been an extremely productive tool for the Indiana Hoosiers and they continued to plug holes on the roster with the commitment of linebacker transfer Jacob Mangum-Farrar.
