Final high school football seasons are winding down for most IU’s class of 2021 commits. Indiana High School Football Sectional Championships kicked off on Friday night and Hoosier Huddle has all the results. Here is how each of the 10 future Hoosiers who had a fall football season performed in week twelve of high school football’s return.
3-star recruit from Valparaiso, Indiana. 6’6”, 245 lb Defensive End. National Player Rank: 427th. Position Rank: 29th. State Rank: 4th.
Helped Valparaiso to defeat LaPorte 35-21 in their away playoff game Friday night. Valpo remains undefeated, 7-0 and will continue to regionals vs. Mishawaka (7-3) on Friday 11/13.
3-star recruit from Fort Wayne, Indiana. 6’4”, 300 lb Offensive Guard. National Player Rank: 1100th. Position Rank: 53rd. State Rank: 18th.
Fiacable and the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger football squad held Fort Wayne North Side back 20-12 to win sectionals. Bishop Dwenger (10-1) goes on to regionals where they face Zionsville (6-5) this Friday 11/13.
4-star recruit from Indianapolis, Indiana. 6’5”, 195 lb Quarterback. National Player Rank: 320th. Position Rank: 12th. State Rank: 3rd.
McCulley and Lawrence North struggled with Warren Central’s defense and suffered a season-ending 21-7 loss on Friday night. McCulley’s monster high school football career stats to come.
3-star recruit from Brownsburg, Indiana. 6’6”, 285 lb Offensive Tackle. National Player Rank: 603rd. Position Rank: 48th. State Rank: 10th.
Sales and the Brownsburg football squad lost to Carmel 21-7 in the sectional championship game Friday. Thats a wrap for Sales’ high school career as he looks forward to carrying his football career to Bloomington.
3-star recruit from Bloomington, Indiana. 6’5”, 230 lb Tight End. National Player Rank: 736th. Position Rank: 36th. State Rank: 13th.
Steinfeldt had 2 catches for 3 yards Friday night when the Bloomington North squad came up short at home against Castle, 35-24. Watch Steinfeldt’s sectionals highlight video here. That’s a wrap for Steinfeldt’s high school career as he prepares for his college career just down the road from home.
3-star recruit from Jacksonville, Florida. 5’10”, 170 lb Safety. National Player Rank: 588th. Position Rank: 44th. State Rank: 87th.
Smith helped Oakleaf hold Clay back 41-14 on his senior night. Oakleaf (6-3) will host Nease (1-7) for their sectional game on Friday 11/13.
4-star recruit from Atlanta, Georgia. 6’1”, 190 lb Wide Receiver. National Player Rank: 173rd. Position Rank: 31st. State Rank: 17th.
Smith had 2 catches for 27 yards in Westlake’s 56-18 domination over North Atlanta. Westlake (7-1) faces Lovejoy (7-1) for senior night on Friday 11/13.
3-star recruit from Ellenwood, Georgia. 6’0”, 185 lb Safety. National Player Rank: 1149th. Position Rank: 79th. State Rank: 105th.
Grier helped Cedar Grove remain undefeated through battle at Westminster that ended 24-10 Thursday night. Watch Grier’s highlights against Westminster here.
Cedar Grove (5-0) will host Sandy Creek (3-4-1) for senior night on Friday 11/20.

Avondale struggled in their playoff game against Groves, and suffered a 36-0 loss to end the season 3-4.
