Final high school football seasons are winding down for most IU’s class of 2021 commits. Indiana High School Football Semifinals kicked off on Friday night and Hoosier Huddle has all the results. From career stats to highlight videos, we are here to keep you updated on the latest with the 13 future Hoosiers in the 2021 recruiting class. Only four of them had a game in week fourteen of high school football’s return, and here is how they did.
3-star recruit from Valparaiso, Indiana. 6’6”, 245 lb Defensive End. National Player Rank: 427th. Position Rank: 29th. State Rank: 4th.
Jones and the Valpo football squad struggled to defend Zionsville, and fell out of state finals Friday night. It was a heartbreaking 27-9 loss for Valpo, who was previously undefeated. That’s a wrap for Jones and his senior season. Final senior season stats to come.
3-star recruit from Jacksonville, Florida. 5’10”, 170 lb Safety. National Player Rank: 588th. Position Rank: 44th. State Rank: 87th.
Smith and Oakleaf football struggled in their quarterfinal game and suffered a heartbreaking 51-7 loss to Bartram Trail. Oakleaf ends the 2020 season 7-4. Smith’s final senior season stats to come.
3-star recruit from Cedar Hill, Texas. 6’1”, 182 lbs Wide Receiver. National Player Rank: 802nd. Position Rank: 116th. State Rank: 112th.
Williams helped Trinity Christian win Friday’s away game vs. South Oak Cliff, 28-14. Stats to come. Trinity Christian (7-3) will face their district tournament opponent, HEIR Eagles Academy (0-0) on Saturday 11/28 at home.
4-star recruit from Atlanta, Georgia. 6’1”, 190 lb Wide Receiver. National Player Rank: 173rd. Position Rank: 31st. State Rank: 17th.
Smith had 6 catches for 83 yards in Westlake’s 42-7 away win over Tiucker.. Westlake (8-1) will host Houston County (5-5) for their senior night game on Friday 11/27.
The following future Hoosiers did not play this week:
3-star recruit from Ellenwood, Georgia. 6’0”, 185 lb Safety. National Player Rank: 1149th. Position Rank: 79th. State Rank: 105th. .
Cedar Grove’s Senior Night opponent, Sandy Creek had to forfeit for Friday’s game due to COVID-19. Cedar Grove (2-4 due to having to forfeit 4 games) is set to face Monroe Area (8-2) for their first playoff game on Friday 11/27.
Two future Hoosiers’ senior football season have been postponed until spring:
3-star recruit from Joliet, Illinois. 6’2”, 218 lb Athlete. National Player Rank: 733rd. Position Rank: 51st. State Rank: 22nd.
3-star recruit from Chesapeake, Virginia. 6’0”, 190 lb Safety. National Player Rank: 1154th. Position Rank: 94th. State Rank: 30th.
No high school football season:
2-star recruit from Auckland, New Zealand. 6’1”, 207 lb Punter. Position Rank: 12th.
The following players have wrapped up their final high school seasons:
3-star recruit from Auburn Hills, Michigan. 5’11”, 200 lb Running Back. National Player Rank: 1027th. Position Rank: 68th. State Rank: 29th.
Holloman wrapped up his football career at Avondale with 1446 yards on 131 total carries (11 yard average/90.4 per game) and 9 catches for 40 yards for 17 career touchdowns.
4-star recruit from Indianapolis, Indiana. 6’5”, 195 lb Quarterback. National Player Rank: 320th. Position Rank: 12th. State Rank: 3rd.
McCulley ended his senior year 139-for-199 (69.8% completion) for 2576 passing yards, an average of 234.2 passing yards per game, 22 passing touchdowns and 4 interceptions. In his football career at Lawrence North High School, he racked up 4888 passing yards, 1089 rushing yards, and 91 receiving yards for a total of 6068 career yards in 23 games. McCulley completed 299 of 454 (65.9%) and led LN to 49 touchdowns— two of which he scored.
3-star recruit from Brownsburg, Indiana. 6’6”, 285 lb Offensive Tackle. National Player Rank: 603rd. Position Rank: 48th. State Rank: 10th.
Sales did not allow a single sack in his senior year at Brownsburg. He had 72 knockdowns in 8 games. Here are his senior highlights:
3-star recruit from Bloomington, Indiana. 6’5”, 230 lb Tight End. National Player Rank: 736th. Position Rank: 36th. State Rank: 13th.
Steinfeldt and Bloomington North ended their season 5-5. As a senior, Steinfeldt had 31 catches for 602 yards (66.9y/game) and 5 touchdowns. Here are Steinfeldt’s senior season highlights.
3-star recruit from Fort Wayne, Indiana. 6’4”, 300 lb Offensive Guard. National Player Rank: 1100th. Position Rank: 53rd. State Rank: 18th.
Fiacable and the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger football squad fell out of regionals 30-21 to Zionsville on Friday. That’s a wrap for Fiacable’s high school football career. In 2020, Fiacable totaled 9 solo tackles, 4.5 TFLS, 16 QB hurries, 1.5 sacks, a blocked field goal, an interception, one rushing touchdown, and a monster fumble recovered 66 yards for touchdown.
