Final high school football seasons are winding down for most of IU’s class of 2021 commits. Indiana High School Football playoffs kicked off on Friday night. Some out-of-state commits’ seasons are in full swing, though, and Hoosier Huddle is here to keep you updated. Here is how the future Hoosiers performed in week eleven of high school football’s return.
4-star recruit from Indianapolis, Indiana. 6’5”, 195 lb Quarterback. National Player Rank: 320th. Position Rank: 12th. State Rank: 3rd.
McCulley completed 12 of 16 (75%) passes for 244 yards and four touchdowns in Lawrence North’s 52-19 blowout over Lawrence Central. Lawrence North (7-3) moves on to round 2 where they will face Warren Central (3-5) on Friday 11/6.
3-star recruit from Valparaiso, Indiana. 6’6”, 245 lb Defensive End. National Player Rank: 427th. Position Rank: 29th. State Rank: 4th.
Jones contributed 12 tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery in Valparaiso’s 21-14 playoff victory over Michigan City. The Valpo football squad stands undefeated (6-0) and will face LaPorte (4-6) Friday 11/6 for the second round of the playoffs.
3-star recruit from Fort Wayne, Indiana. 6’4”, 300 lb Offensive Guard. National Player Rank: 1100th. Position Rank: 53rd. State Rank: 18th.
Fiacable and the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger football squad held Anderson back 42-6 in the first round of the playoffs. Bishop Dwenger (9-1) goes on to face Fort Wayne North Side (5-5) on Friday 11/6.
3-star recruit from Bloomington, Indiana. 6’5”, 230 lb Tight End. National Player Rank: 736th. Position Rank: 36th. State Rank: 13th.
Steinfeldt had his best game of the season with 4 catches for 117 yards and two touchdowns that helped Bloomington North to defeat Evansville North 55-41. Bloomington North (5-4) will play Castle (6-3) on Friday 11/6. Watch Steinfeldt’s playoff highlights here.
3-star recruit from Jacksonville, Florida. 5’10”, 170 lb Safety. National Player Rank: 588th. Position Rank: 44th. State Rank: 87th.
Smith and the Oakleaf Varsity football squad bounced back this week with a solid 35-14 conference victory over Nease at home.
3-star recruit from Cedar Hill, Texas. 6’1”, 182 lbs Wide Receiver. National Player Rank: 802nd. Position Rank: 116th. State Rank: 112th.

3-star recruit from Auburn Hills, Michigan. 5’11”, 200 lb Running Back. National Player Rank: 1027th. Position Rank: 68th. State Rank: 29th.
Avondale struggled in their playoff game against Groves, and suffered a 36-0 loss to end the season 3-4.
