For me it's Notre Dame. Decades of being the red-headed (which I am, hence "Ginger") stepchild to that obnoxious fan base sealed it for me. I wish we could have knocked them off for the Natty last year.

These have not been made public yet, but these are some of the TV times I have heard for IUFB.

Obviously 9/25 vs. NW is 8pm on Fox

9/19 vs. Western Kentucky Noon Peacock (NBCSN)

11/28 vs. Purdue 7:30pm NBC.

It seems like CBS and Fox grabbed a bunch. IU also needs to have two BTN games as well.

What comes out of the much anticipated summit? Trump is walking in with a whole lot of leverage. Stranglehold on Iranian and Venezuelan oil. American companies continue to leave China in the dust in the AI race.

But flattery does work on the Donald. Hopefully he doesn't concede anything he doesn't need to.

Big Ten Schedule News

The Big Ten released the opponent draw for the 2026-2027 men's basketball season. Indiana's draw is as follows:

Home Only

Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Rutgers, UCLA, USC

Away Only

Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oregon, Penn State, Washington, Wisconsin

Home and Away

Maryland, Northwestern, Purdue

To be blunt, this is a fantastic draw for DeVries and the Hoosiers. No game at Champaign, Ann Arbor, East Lansing or Columbus is VERY fortunate. They get two chances to finally beat Northwestern and Maryland is not a bad opponent for the second double-play team. The West Coast trip is to Washington and Oregon instead of playing at USC and UCLA. It's a very strong slate of home games that should present some real opportunities for Q1 wins in Assembly Hall.
