We were given a 2007 Buick Luscerne about 3 months ago. Our 2010 Chevy Malibu threw a chain and it wrecked the engine. At least the Buick only has 80k miles.

While I regarded God as a tyrant I thought my sin a trifle; But when I knew Him to be my Father, then I mourned that I could ever have kicked against Him. When I thought God was hard, I found it easy to sin; but when I found God so kind, so good, so overflowing with compassion, I smote upon my breast to think that I could ever have rebelled against One who loved me so, and sought my good.” C. H. Spurgeon

@bradstevens I feel I should know this, but I’ll go with a smaller model of an Audi, Volvo or BMW

No.

Hint one: I judge people based on whether or not they judge people based on the car they drive.

Hint two:  I am a dad with two kids, both of whom have lots of friends.

Hint three: We have two automobiles. One has over 200,000 miles on it.

@bradstevens typically I would guess a Honda or Toyota.  You don’t strike me as a van kinda guy though I loved my Odyssey.  So that leaves us with an SUV.  Probably a mid-size not a RAV 3 kinda car.  So maybe a Honda Pilot or a Toyota Highlander?

Honda Pilot

Like watching Sherlock Holmes in action.

Although I also have a minivan with 200K miles and no bluetooth.

@bradstevens I was gonna say, "smells like a mini-van". You can buy an adaptor that will add bluetooth to your car for like $30 on Amazon. Saves you from shlepping a bluetooth speaker with you all the time, although that might sound better.

Oh, I have one. My friends give me a lot of grief when I'm talking to them over it.

@bradstevens I couldn't use it for calls (due to call quality), just music, but the convenience for that is nice. I just upgraded to a 2018 Avalon and sold my '08 with 292K miles. I'm not a big car guy, but I was sad to see that one go! Best car I ever owned and it got me through some spots!
