Incorrect.  Dems are on teh side of people breaking the law, defund, bail projects, Michael Brown, George Floyd, the lady running over the agent, sanctuary cities.

McM, were you actually banned? I can't tell, but your old profile doesn't indicate anything.

Whatever the case may be, you should give up this silly facade, create a new but similar handle to your old one, and stop with the nonsense.

ICE plays law enforcement but refuses to read them their rights, allow them to contact attorneys or even family, detains them indefinitely, and oh yeah, if they feel they are getting too much lip or are a minor inconvenience, yell "Fuck you bitch" after the 3rd kill shot.  Or the 6th.

Anne Frank would have been scared of you, Murt.

@shooter You're just bleating.  Your knowledge of what goes on in the 350,000 apprehensions is on par with your understanding of the Constitution.

These people are woke lunatics out to cause trouble. NOthing more.  They fckd around found out.  And no you don't have unfettered rights to bring your gun anywhere.

So just to be clear:

If you want to be consistent, if the police had shown up and riddled these guys with bullets, you would have had no problem with that.

@squeakyclean These dudes started interfering with cops there's always a non zero risk of suicide by cop.  Doesn't mean it's okay.  And the bad actor cop should be prosecuted, but in life you have use common sense.  My daughter will be driving next fall.  I'll tell her cop pulls you over.  Don't get out your phone.  Don't roll up the window.  Don't do any of the bullshit.  Hand him your license, be polite, and comply.  None of this is hard.

@squeakyclean It's no different for Ashli Babbitt.  I have zero sympathy for her.  She's a lunatic.  Did she deserve to die?  Of course not.  That said she fckd around and found out.  Don't put yourself in that position

@squeakyclean And of course I don't want people just randomly being shot.  Duh.  Well save if they're blocking traffic and preventing people from doing whatever they need to do.  Then yes I want them shot.

How about the people who said there was absolutely no reason to investigate the previous shooting? The same people who ran a social media campaign more or less saying, "want to take back your manhood, join ICE and have power." The last people who should be cops are the people craving power.

I would love to find out what training ICE gets. What protocols are they taught? What background checks? There is a reporter with screenshots telling her she was hired and should report to a certain location on a certain date, yet she never completed the background check. She was applying to see how people were vetted.

How many hours of training? What are they taught? What accountability? The previous immediate, "no investigation" sure implies no accountability. I don't know if either shooting broke protocols, but at least I am smart enough to know I don't know. A lot of people pretend they know though there is no way they do because there was no investigation. Any city cop would have been put on desk assignment pending investigation in both cases. We both know that. Why is ICE'S standard apparently so much lower.

We need Walz to meet with the guy from Border Patrol and discuss calming one side and a flat out guarantee the other will 1) abide by the Constitution and 2) allow investigations when it is in doubt.

With the aggressive hiring goals, they've been offering all kinds of incentives (including sign-on bonuses and student loan forgiveness) and, in many instances, the vetting process has been inadequate.  Training has been shortened too - - to 47 days.  This is a recipe for bad apples and fuck-ups.

"The three sources said ICE’s human resources office is overwhelmed with more than 150,000 new applicants who have applied since ICE began offering $50,000 signing bonuses in August. The HR office is rushing to clear new recruits, which they believe is leading to mistakes.

“'They are trying to push everyone through, and the vetting process is not what it should be,' said one of the former DHS officials with knowledge of the agency’s hiring."

Some new ICE recruits have shown up to training without full vetting

There is at least one very big difference. The officer who shot Babbitt gave her every opportunity to back down. Weapons had been drawn, orders had been issued. She knew (or should have known) she was climbing through a window toward armed guards who were already threatening lethal force.

Pretti was pepper sprayed, pushed to the ground, beaten, and then shot, with zero opportunity to understand the danger he was in and back down. From the moment he entered the interaction (unwise as it may have been), he was already dead, and had no idea that was his fate.

@goat Definitely.  There will be differing circumstances and conditions in every case but I think the general proposition applies.

Watch: Sylvester Stallone's brother Frank comes out swinging against anti-ICE agitators, Tim Walz, and Jacob Frey

There are other big differences as well, including the fact that there were just three (3) US Capitol cops defending the entrance to the Speaker's Lobby against a mob of rioters.

It's a nonsensical false equivalence.
