My discussion started when Butch said the DOJ was protecting “pedos”
Who wrote to Epstein, "I found at least 3 very good young poor." His name was redacted and, to my knowledge, still not disclosed.
Who wrote to Epstein, "Thank you for a fun night. Your littlest girl was a little naughty." His name was redacted and, to my knowledge, still undisclosed.
Who wrote in 2019 to a radio host in New Mexico that "somewhere in the hills outside of Zorro [Epstein's New Mexico ranch], two foreign girls were buried on orders of Jeffrey and Madam G." "Both died by strangulation during rough, fetish sex," according to the writer of the email. The allegations came from someone who claimed they were a former employee at the ranch. This document is in the Epstein files, but the writer/email sender's name was redacted by the DOJ. According to the file, the radio host forwarded the email four days later to a redacted email address. The radio host, Eddy Aragon, said this week that he went to the local FBI office with the email and forwarded it to an FBI agent. Aragon was never contacted by law enforcement about the email, and it's unclear if the allegations were ever investigated by the FBI.
Who are the three men named with Epstein in the draft indictment out of the Southern District of Florida, abandoned as part of Epstein's sweetheart plea deal, accused of conspiring to "persuade, induce and entice individuals who had not attained the age of 18 years to engage in prostitution."
Why are the men's names redacted (and, to my knowledge, still not disclosed) in a number of victim statements?
These are just some of many examples.
Tell me again why my argument is flawed.
Khanna and Massie saw the files. They can name them and call them “pedophiles” in public. Why haven’t they?
They haven't reviewed all the files.
That is counter to what Butch is saying.
”Some pundits still deny that rich and powerful men committed horrific crimes against girls”…Khanna
He should list their names publicly…do not use the generic “men”
Has he not done that because he can be sued for defamation?
Nice to see someone taking this seriously.
Starmer: "Nobody is above the law." Ah, remember when that used to be the case in the US? The good old days.
I have no problem with the Clintons being compelled to testify before Comer's committee, but where's Trump? (And Melania?). He and Epstein were close friends for years. Trump also made the comment about Epstein liking females "on the younger side." He knows a shit-ton. Why isn't he being deposed? Never mind. I answered my own question in the first paragraph.
I guess Mr. "America First" is too busy planning an attack on Iran.

A good friend will bail you out of jail, but your best friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying "that was f***ing awesome"
You can thank Trump for blowing the whistle.
"That island was a cesspool," says Trump. Not surprisingly, Trump obviously has a lot of relevant knowledge. Probably more than anyone. He should be testifying. But he won't. Because he's Trump. And Trump answers to no one.
Dems are going to roll in November and it will be the fault of Republican leadership. There's a Clown Show in Washington right now starring Donald Trump, co-starring Pam Bondi and Kristi Noem, and featuring other prominent members of the administration.
England apparently supports the rule of law. Refreshing.

This scandal could bring down their monarchy. Unfortunately, ours will likely remain in place.

While I'm not rooting for this, my gut tells me the royal formerly known as Prince Andrew probably isn't long for this world. He has embarrassed the royal family and as you mentioned he could cause irreparable damage to the monarchy. He probably has at least some dirt on some pretty powerful people who would probably like for him to keep quiet.

That they have stopped covering up for him indicates that a) they certainly are worried about that, or b) they are committed to doing the right thing.
Probably "a"

Nothing will come out of the Trumpstein Files. Lie, lie, lie, deny, deny, deny has worked for this administration thus far, so why would we expect competence now? Bunch of p----ies with no morality.
@gthomas You're probably right. In Trump's first term, Sessions and Barr - - at least at times - - appeared to act independently of Trump. (As an example, Sessions pushed back on Trump's demand that he launch a criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton). They weren't always in lockstep with him. Fast forward to today. Bondi is Trump's little puppet. Trump wants this scandal buried, and she'll do everything she can to make that happen.Nothing will come out of the Trumpstein Files. So you're probably right, but maybe not. I'm fascinated, for example, by the intrigue surrounding the Clintons' testimony. They know everybody and everything. They've got to have the goods on somebody. Hillary seems to be looking forward to testifying. I almost fell off my chair about a week and a half ago when I read some quotes of Trump recently praising both Bill and Hill. When had Trump ever said anything positive about Hillary before? Makes me think he's worried about their testimony, not necessarily that they'll implicate him but perhaps some of his closest, richest friends and benefactors. Would be something if Comer's insistence that they testify backfires on him.
If the Epstein Files were a film, it would be titled Trump & Friends.

Will the testimony be aired live or will they be able to control what gets released to the public?
Trump made sure he filled his administration with nothing but "yes men" this time around. He wasn't going to deal with people that actually stood up to him when he was doing something against the law or something immoral.
Hard to say how many Republicans in congress are actually true believers in MAGA and how many fall in line because they want to be re-elected. Both have put Trump above country. It is rather notable that the ones flipping against Trump are those that are retiring because they don't have to worry as much about Trump forcing them out in the primaries. Trump has so much poll with his party that he has no guardrails.
Trump brags about sexual assault - and still they support him
Trump incites an insurrection - and still they support him
Trump's directive to ICE leads to murdering Americans - and still they support him
Trump sues the IRS for billions (trying to steal taxpayer's money) - and still they support him.
The question on whether or not any of his followers (most of the republican party) have a line that Trump couldn't cross has been answered with an emphatic no.
