It'd be akin to some random 3rd party chick suing you for fraud because you told some MILF at a bar that your dick weighed 4 pounds and was 9 inches....around...while the MILF's due diligence determined it was only 3 pounds and 7 inches, yet she concluded the partnership satisfied nonetheless, and testified as such.
