@mattndallas There's something there, for me. But like really anything of late, it isn't totally accurate, it is obviously a partisan depiction (which is fine). To be totally accurate, the 2025 line should probably include a stick figure that is dressed as a cop, killing a lawmaker that voted for left leaning ideologies he didn't agree with. Nothing is ever EXACTLY the same version of good, or bad, on either side of the aisle...and Kirk's murder, and any of the other political violence committed by disturbed, left ideology driven whackos... is wrong, and it IS a sign that some of the left's ideologies are becoming increasingly dangerous. But the complete one sided nature of all this, makes it difficult to "pick sides". What's worse? Political activist or elected official getting killed? Younger, apparently left ideology driven nutjob sniping in front of thousands...Or older, apparently right ideology driven nutjob impersonating a police officer and killing in the dark of night while wearing a creepy Halloween mask...which one is "worse"? Why can't both be condemned? Why use one of them to blanket judge an entire political party?
I think I'm still pretty much in the middle of the political spectrum line. But to one of the points of "your" chart, that line is very, very long now. I've VERY far removed from the woke left. But I'm also VERY far removed from the neo con, white supremacist right. And I think both parties should be required to "claim" the worse members of their parties...if they're going to continue to clamor for their votes, and for their money and support.

Don’t remember celebrations after the attack on the MN legislators. They also weren’t well known. MAGA top brass, including Don Jr, did yuck it up after the Pelosi husband attack though and also started churning out the conspiracy theories.

Highly suggestible, which is not a good trait for a reporter. I’m reminded of her face plant on Joe Rogan when she called Tulsi Gabbard an “Assad toadie” and when pressed on it didn’t even know what the word toadie meant. Just repeating words she had heard.
This is also someone who has convinced herself she is sexually attracted to a woman. She’ll believe anything.
I’m sure the editorial bent of CBS will swing more centrist. I guess that’s a good thing.
