@goat my question is crystal clear. I knew you would weasel your way out of answering it.

I cannot think of a single way in which the disappearance of white people would confer any sort of benefit at all. Brad might be onto something with people getting hotter overall, but that's subjective, anyway.
I'm not weaseling out of anything. Your question was and remains ridiculous. But, there, I've answered it for you, anyway.
Is “white people seizing to exist” clear to you? 😉@goat I don't know how to make the question any clearer.
The problem isn't that the question is unclear. The problem is that it's ridiculous. You seem to be assuming that OP was bemoaning the loss of white people in the population, which is exactly the kind of assumption I was trying to avoid by asking for more clarification. You further seem to assume that not buying into this must mean that one thinks losing white people in the population is somehow a benefit? I mean, if your question can't be "any clearer," then I don't know where else to go with it.
Maybe it's not as clear as you think. Feel free to take care of that.

Not to mention the obvious, Hispanic is an ethnicity and not a race. So a Hispanic can be White, Black, or any other race. Many are White and are a growing population in many countries.
@goat I agree. I'd add it doesn't matter if DBM is a grand dragon or a hippy who loves sipping refreshers, developed nations dropping below replacement level is extremely detrimental to humans.
@carramrod do you think today's houses are made out of better materials? Also, do you think they take up more or less square footage of land overall? I assume there are a lot more condos today and etc.
From what I can tell, lot sizes are slightly larger than the early 80’s, but a good 20%+ smaller than their peak in the 90’s.
Real Estate usually outpaces inflation that’s why it’s a good investment, land is finite.
However, people are not moving to where the cheaper real estate is. Moving in search of affordability and opportunity used to be a thing in this country I’m told.

Don't younger people like CamRod and mcmurt also have much lower sperm counts because of their latent femininity?https://twitter.com/tng512/status/1891263364271075411?s=46
The issue is the money.
No, I think it's because of other factors. Mostly Kleenex with lotion added. But what do I know?
If men were any more stupid, we would have breed for the extinction of women. Proof yet again that WE are the best thing they have going for them.
@carramrod I wouldn't touch real estate for the foreseeable future (outside of the best of the best). It does make sense for people to centralize in the current system. The closer you are to the money, the better off you are. The most extreme example being D.C. Thanks for posting the information. I had been thinking about that, but hadn't seen any data on it.
