@unclemark Let the state open an investigation and sue. What’s the issue? If the agent was in the wrong indict him. We should want accountability. I have no problem with that at all. Let the family sue him and the state indict him if it’s warranted.

I believe they plan on doing just that. But will the feds cooperate or impede? Will they even identify those involved? Will they preserve evidence? Will they honor discovery?
@unclemark Honestly I think that’s overblown. State will have as much access to evidence as anyone. It’s 2026. Lost in this support authority and comply and all the rest is that we still want law enforcement to act reasonably and if they don’t they need to be terminated and if they execute someone beyond what statutes indicate then indict them.

And as I said before it is very messy. It'll be interesting to see how a judge handles it because it may be of first impression. I don't much care about whatever news outlets are interviewing lawyers. @boogie Lol he’s not here. He was too vested in IU football. He went to the Rose Bowl etc. But he’s thriving. I actually picked him up weekend before last and we spent the weekend with our crew in Zionsville for a party a buddy had.
