This will be a very interesting test. On3 clearly believes that community takes a second seat to content. Sammy and the guys here have been convinced to try out the old model that content and community must be intimately tied together. Obviously, I'm partial to the second model, which is why I've thrown my lot in here. I hope I'm right, and I'm hope Coyle and his dogs chok*censorcensorcensorcensor*
It looks like none of the old IU forums content made the transition. It's gone forever. The Hoosier will be just a bunch of writers jacking themselves off.

Glad these guys had a place set up to go on day one. Good looking out! It looks like On3 is $120 per year subscription, no monthly option, no free forums, but most of all didn’t consider keeping the Cooler as an option even as part of the subscription. That forum was the heartbeat of the community and was iconic as far as Rivals forums go. What a shame to lose the content. The Bama board kept their Cooler (or started one), but not The Hoosier or whatever it’s called. Coyle is such a doofus, but that was proven when he made a certain someone a mod last year.
We need to start a rich history up in here!

Yep, probably should’ve gotten that off my chest on the old forum, but I agree that a positive vibe is the way going forward, which most of us always maintained in the past. One of the attractions to this forum is the sense you get that Sammy and crew aren’t going to tolerate the nonsense that went on at the old board the last few years. A very welcome change!
I regret we couldn't build that proper vibe there, but in my defense, I was an asshole, and wholly unsuited to leading that charge. Now that I'm older and wiser, I'm on board. @pliny-the-elder yep. just have to keep a positive vibe and when you disagree with someone remember that everyone is entitled to their opinion. it doesn't mean they are stupid or anything else. and they certainly don't deserve to be yelled at. you can do it my friend. we're all friends and hoosiers. just try to remember that
