@larsiu His election meltdown stuff is epic
This is my favorite so far. The Stephen A spoken word part is awesome.

To those worried about the national debt (all of us, I presume)...
are you comfortable with the one billion dollars per day price tag for this war, with no defined goals, or projected end date, or even an end game strategy?

Imagine sitting in your easy chair at home reading the paper and having a nice cuppa, when your son or daughter drops by and introduces "that" as their fiancée.

A good friend will bail you out of jail, but your best friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying "that was f***ing awesome"
@jdb it's either septum rings, colored hair and screaming or holiday photos of your family all holding guns.
Idiocracy at its finest.

@co-hoosier Are you aware of Pastor Douglas Wilson? He proudly calls himself a 'Christian Nationalist' and specifically advocates for a Christian theocracy in the US.
This wouldn't really be noteworthy, if not for the fact that our SecDef likes to repost his messages on social media, and that he was leading a worship service at the Pentagon within the last couple of weeks, at Hegesth's invite.
Seems quite bizarre to claim to it's all made up when it's right there out in the open.

I don't think i've seen a bigger piece of red meat lobbed into this forum in a while. Good Luck @gthomas@carramrod You can debate the legitimacy of the "brain" statement if wish, but that sentence is structurally sound. Tough crowd.
And you're correct; I'm not an English "teacher." Maybe a professor and soon-to-be published author, but not a teacher; that label is reserved someone without a PhD.
Godspeed.
I did a literal double-take when I scrolled past that post.
“As He died to make men holy, let us die to make men free …”
Stupid secesh just wanted to be in Dixie.
Which goes right back to what triggered @co-hoosier. If it's true as reported that commanders are casting this military operation as fulfilment of [fundamentalist] Christian Revelations prophesy of the "end times" it absolutely should not be happening. The military is not only to be apolitical, it's also not to be a religious organization of any sort. However, Pete Hegseth is a Christian Nationalist who clearly appears to believe that our government and religion (his version of Christianity) shouldn't be separate. His POV is obvious and he's encouraging it in the military. I doubt it's as successful as reported, but even if it's happening only a little, that's far too much, and it needs to be stopped.@co-hoosier Are you aware of Pastor Douglas Wilson? I'm a Christian, though not a fundamentalist, and I'm a patriot who believes America is the most important and best country on earth. I think it's perfectly OK that politicians are religious and that it is one of the things that forms their opinions on policies. These things resulted in liberal/moonbat posters actually calling me a right winger or extremist in the past, but these days my same opinions aren't "extreme" enough (they've never been extreme except to the moonbats) and my fellow Republicans of the MAGA variety (where our wingnuts congregate) think I'm liberal. It's dumb.
WTF are you talking about? Too ignorant to use the quote function? I've told you not to engage with me since you're too ignorant to converse with. If I want an ignorant opinion about just about any subject, I'll ask you for it.@aloha-hoosier stop talking about yourself, it alienates people.

This is an own goal. The GOP is going to get their a#%es handed to them in November if it lasts that long.
