I also, got to interview a younger cowgirl today (younger =<56) for delivering trailers.
She walked in, there was a total production stoppage. Blue jeans and pink boots. My 18-19 year old young male crew. Locked the fuck up like a rock in a set of gears! Management (me), totally supported the stoppage. It was only showing due respect after all.
Of course I hired her! No brainer. Although I do see some troubled waters ahead of this cruise, since I’m actually single!
