Thinking the other two options are an anathema to the world is the problem. Western tolerance of Islam has now reached its limit. This is not to say all Muslims are radical, but it is to say the vast majority of Muslims accept the radicalism within their ranks. 70% of Gazans supported the October 7 savagery, even if they would never personally participate.
We now have people legally living in the United States conspicuously supporting the dead Ayatollah and his regime who ordered the massacre of thousands of protesters. That is intolerable and unacceptable in the United States.
The path toward peaceful coexistence with Islam goes through muslim communities, not the communities of the rest of us.
