Reducing the election interference case to merely claiming the investigation was stolen tells me you didn’t really look into the case and that you haven’t read Smith’s indictment or final report. There was no crime related to merely claiming the investigation was stolen and no evidence at all that was the reason Smith subpoenaed the phone records. Again, your opinion on these cases is clearly a minority view and legal scholars, left, right and neutral, say both cases were very strong.You’ve insisted for years that Smith’s D.C. indictments against Trump were legit. I think those indictments were garbage. Those indictments is part of what Arctic Frost produced. It isn’t crime for anybody to say that they think the 2020 election was stolen. That is all Smith ever had against the senators and almost another 100 republicans. Arctic Frost was always about investigating Republicans, not about investigating a crime. Smith was simply hoping he’d find something. He ought to be at least censured if not have his license suspended.

This simply is not true. The Supreme Court tossed the Sarbanes Oxley indictment against all the J6er’s. The only reason Trump’s hangs around is because the court hadn’t yet considered it. The same thing would have happened to the KKK indictment for the same reasons.
