Hey Hoosier Huddle team. I subscribed on July 1st and have the email confirmation. But when I clicked on the Basketball Hot Board story I got a message saying I need to subscribe to view that content. I checked my profile and it shows no subscriptions. I paid for the annual subscription. Please advise.
Thank you.
Hold on

@jhoban19 Try this link. https://wordpress.com/log-in/?ref=odie&help-center=wapuu
If that does not work I will refund you the $15 and can resubscribe.
@thehoosierhuddle Didn't work. After logging in to WordPress I logged out of Hoosier Huddle and logged in again using the WordPress login rather than my email and password. Still can't see my subscription or read the subscriber content.
@jhoban19 I can cancel the payment and you can re-subscribe. That may be the easiest thing to do. I would just need your confirmation.

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where you can read paid content on your desktop but not on your mobile phone for your Hoosier Huddle site.
This discrepancy between desktop and mobile access to paid content could be caused by several factors. First, let’s check if you’re properly logged into the same account on your mobile device. Sometimes, users might be automatically logged out on mobile or could be using a different account without realizing it.
Another possibility is that there might be browser caching issues on your mobile device. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies on your phone, or try accessing the site using a different browser app.
The mobile app might also handle paid content differently than the desktop version. If you’re using the WordPress mobile app, make sure it’s updated to the latest version. Alternatively, try accessing your site through a mobile browser instead of the app to see if that resolves the issue.
It could also be related to how the paid content block is configured on your site. Some blocks might not display properly on mobile if they’re not set up with mobile responsiveness in mind.
To help troubleshoot further, could you please provide more details about:
1. Are you using the WordPress mobile app or a mobile browser?
2. Have you tried logging out and logging back in on your mobile device?
3. Does this happen with all paid content or just specific posts/pages?
4. Have you recently made any changes to your site or paid content settings?
I hope that helps! If I misunderstood your question or if you have any follow-up questions, please reply to this email and one of our experts will get back to you.
@thehoosierhuddle I've never come to this site from my mobile device, never logged on. Have only logged in from my laptop and desktop work computer.
I can access the forums, but can't access the paid-content articles. Don't think I've made any changes to settings.
Test
If you are having issues with subscriptions please send me the link to the article or page. I believe we figured out there are access issues.
I think I changed them all. so it should work. However, I may have missed one so any help would be great.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Did a quick check. I can read the QBs article (but you made that free, didn't you?), but am blocked on the UCLA article. Haven't checked further.

@unclemark still?
Still. Cache has been cleared, the Wordpress link above recognizes me but shows no Sites. Can't access the UCLA article.
