I'm the IU DFW Alumni Social Chair and we were working with a ticket broker for (what we thought at the time) was going to be tickets for the Cotton Bowl. Obviously, IU didn't go to that bowl, but the Rose Bowl instead.
Regardless, that same ticket broker is still offering tickets for the Peach Bowl. While they do have lower level access at about $1350 (plus a pregame party - unlimited food & alcohol, plus in-game food and drink complimentary)....what struck me was they have a group of tickets in the 300 Level for $300 per (and that comes with the same amenities).
I also spoke with Sammy (Hoosier Huddle founder) before posting in here, because I wanted to make sure I was good to do so. I didn't want anyone thinking it was a scam!

I believe they have a few left at the $300 price / 300 level. And a few at the $650 price / 100 level. Both price points come with the pregame party access (all you can eat / drink) and free food and non-alcohol beverages, in game
