This is not related to IU volleyball but IndyIgnite pro VB team. Congrats to them for drafting Emma Halter who became somewhat of icon at Texas as a Libero and to her for getting drafted. She came out of HS from Indianapolis to Austin. the chants of Emma Halter's name when she was serving was so cool. I do hope to see her back in Austin for LOVB in the future but they have her predecessor (Zoe fleck) and a damn good Libero, Kotoe Inoue, from the Japanese National Team so playing time might have been tough.
The LOVB league is loaded with Olympic VB players and at the very least numerous National Team players that may come up short of earning an Olympic roster spot. Hoping to see the league that Indy is in merge with the LOVB league at some point.
