What Needs to Happen for IUBB to be considered "Back" by National Media?

We all know it's been a long time since IUBB has been truly elite - year after year. There have been good seasons, great seasons even, but the media no longer even considers us a 'blue blood.' I like to compare IUBB to Texas football. Texas had several years of down performance and each year the media was saying "is Texas back?" but they never were. Until very recently of course. What would it take for IUBB to regain that national (media) status of a 'blue blood elite program' that we all know it is and can be? Making March is not enough. Would it be a string of 3 straight deep runs?

I don't know what it will take for the Hoosiers to be "back" and nationally relevant again, but I do know this: Woody's forced retirement was a step in the right direction.
