We suck
Here I am wasting sentences and paragraphs when this team can be summed up in two words.We suck
I need to be more efficient.
It's a lost season, like many others ... even if, by some miracle, IU makes The Dance.
I just don't see things significantly improving. Maybe IU will have a better roster next season, but I don't envision the team being competitive with the top of the B1G. And yes, I say that without knowing who's on the roster; I don't think it can overcome the coaching.
Even though I've been a DD basher since he was hired, I secretly held out a sliver of hope for the future. This game ended that hope; I think IU hired a slightly better version of Archie. You know what's worse than Hell? Purgatory.
After awhile a coach should figure out which players are mentally soft and which have some fortitude, and play the fortitude guys. I don't know which guys those are if we have any. But he should. Sisley looks more to me like one of those types than most of our roster.
Milquetoast is what I think now watching us play and when I watch our press conferences.
