Has a decision been made on his playing status?
I don't believe so. But it sounds that he's practicing with the team. Would think that means he and the staff are confident he'll get his extra year.
I think he would be a tremendous get on this years team. Really hope he gets the waiver. If he does, I’d be shocked if he didn’t play 20-25 mins a game
Has a decision been made on his playing status?
In short, no. The NCAA has not given IU or Luke Goode a decision. That written, Luke Goode is practicing with the team and there is at least some optimism that he will get good news and be granted another season. That would be great for IU...for reference, Bart Torvik's team ranking for IU increases from 41 to 31 if Luke Goode is added as the 13th man on the roster.
Hope he gets to stay.
Hopefully we get Luke. He’s a winner and not tainted by Woody.
@tammany me 2. Loves IU and has college experience
While I regarded God as a tyrant I thought my sin a trifle; But when I knew Him to be my Father, then I mourned that I could ever have kicked against Him. When I thought God was hard, I found it easy to sin; but when I found God so kind, so good, so overflowing with compassion, I smote upon my breast to think that I could ever have rebelled against One who loved me so, and sought my good.” C. @tjinman1987 I agree with the Torvik ranking. Luke makes this team better. His game is well suited to Coach D's system unlike last year's goat rodeo. I think he'll get the extra year.
Would like to have his experience back for
an extra year.
For sure. He would be one of our best shooters on a team of snipersWould like to have his experience back for
an extra year.
Can someone fund a NIL deal for the NCAA, so they can afford to actually get work done in a reasonably timely manner, please?
Will the NCAA have to make a decision soon or will he start classes then they will tell him he is not eligible.
@sig NCAA taking so long is so on brand for that stupid organization.
@sig Lol and he gets a bill from IU for tuition.

Beyond ridiculous an announcement hasn't been made on Goode's eligibility and it's the middle of July.
