@tjinman1987 the mental makeup of the team is going to need to be much improved as well. Not sure CDD is a coach that does that for a team. He’ll need the players themselves to be wired right. Hope Carr knows that. Hope CDD is self aware about that while evaluating players these next handful of weeks.
in other words he had better do a perfect job putting together a team both athletically and mentally. Right. That might happen.

Look we are pissed and embarrassed- but to think DD gets canned is not even possible. We all know Dolson will watch IU suck for 4 yrs before making a move- and I for one, do t want Dolson hiring anymore bb coaches! He so lucked out w the fb hire.
The amount of money it would take to make basketball good again is not worth the ROI. Football needs 90% of the NIL and coaching staff salary pool.

@hoosiers94 I wouldn’t say perfect is necessary. Just better at really all facets of his job. Talent evaluation. Picking guys with the right mental makeup. Making sure we have talent and depth at all positions. Making sure we have physicality on the roster. Coaching them better. Holding them to a higher standard. Basically everything. Just needs to be better at everything. Not perfect, just better.
