Tucker DeVries gets a rebound and buries a corner three to put IU ahead 23-14! IWU calls a timeout to try and halt the current 12-2 run by the Hoosiers.
Conerway is pulling the strings on the offensive end very well and Sam Alexis continues to be a positive force on the interior.
Great BLOB to get Sisley a dunk. Deserved a highlight for his effort tonight.
IU is currently on a 13-3 run. While the threes aren't falling (3-11), they are doing the little things to get going. \
IU up 31-17 4:00 1st
Incarnate Word hits a 3 to end the 20-2 run by IU. Indiana held the Cardinals more than five minutes without a point and really took control of this game. Sam Alexis and Trent Sisley starring off the bench and Conerway is leading on both ends. It's 31-17 at the final MTO of the first half.
IU ended the half on a 17-5 run. The bench has played really well.
Indiana locked down on IWU in the final ten minutes of that half and a team that is averaging north of 90 points per game has only 19 at the half. Indiana leads it 35-19 despite making just three triples and missing Lamar Wilkerson (two fouls) for most of the half.
I wasn't real impressed with the first half. Seemed very Woodsonesque.
Hopefully Lamar not riding the pine for most of the half due to foul trouble will give a jolt to the offense, because that was ugly.
@dbmhoosier Care to elaborate?
I thought we looked sloppy and disinterested outside of Alexis and Sisley. Did Wilkerson even score?
@dbmhoosier He scored 2 and had 2 early fouls. It was a sleepy start. Thanks for giving the reason why you thought that. It makes the conversation better.
Woodson's teams never had 10 assists on 13 made baskets.
That said, Reed Bailey doesn't deserve to be in the starting lineup.

I would start Sisley and Alexis and move Enright and Reed to the bench.
