You can't take anything substantial or conclusive from this but I enjoyed this nearly four-minute clip of Kenny Johnson at practice:

The part at the end about "making daily deposits" is a cool way of saying "getting better everyday". One thing I noticed and will be honest about...I will need to do some real studying of putting faces to names prior to the season ha. I recognized Reed Bailey, I recognized Tucker DeVries, I recognized Jasai Miles because KJ said his name, I recognized Tayton Conerway but there were definitely some guys that I did not know. The players and coaches have a learning curve with the new system...the fans have a learning curve knowing who is who.
I like what you've done with the place.
Go IU!
With the summer being slow, I enjoy seeing these types of clips especially when they working on the court instead in the sand. KJ seems really high energy.
Thanks for bringing along the free forums
@hillzhoozier It'll be a work in progress and there will be some kinks but we are really excited and think we can help foster a special community here. Thanks for joining!
@chacanno Thanks for joining! Yes, forums are free. We think it's an important thing for this community to thrive. That written, we do need a good subscriber base to help us sustain the site. There's a special on annual membership if you join between now and the first IUFB game. Welcome!
Thanks for this site
I like KJ….I know Pitino blames him for some of the problems at UL but ultimately he was the HC so it was his fault!
I can barely understand a thing he's yelling out in that clip. LOL. Some was distortion I think, another big chunk was not knowing what concepts he was teaching.
Good to see a hoops workout.
I hope he can coach and recruit at a high level. I trust DeVries to know.
,
@openwheel As long as the kids get it.
While I regarded God as a tyrant I thought my sin a trifle; But when I knew Him to be my Father, then I mourned that I could ever have kicked against Him. When I thought God was hard, I found it easy to sin; but when I found God so kind, so good, so overflowing with compassion, I smote upon my breast to think that I could ever have rebelled against One who loved me so, and sought my good.” C. H. Spurgeon
@thenickeldimer Buck stops with Rick. No doubt.

Rod seems like a cool guy -- you can tell he's a recruiter.
I like our whole staff quite a bit. I'm hoping Mike Bargen really pays off on offense.
