The Ducks had PU on the ropes at W. Laffy. Look for a closer game than 11.5
I would hope on a night IU is honoring the 1976 Team (I will not call them the All-Time March Madness Team), that the Hoosiers will win and win comfortably.
Two things concern me.
1) It sounds like the flu bug either ran through the team prior to Wisconsin or was about to.
2) Can IU break out of their shooting slump?
They have Bittle back from injury now. PU was his first game back and he scored 23 and lived at the free throw line all game. Can see him going for 30+ tonight.

Vegas would have factored in a healthy Bittle when setting the initial line. Obviously everything they do is to drive even betting on both sides, but setting a line that high means Vegas thinks IU will win comfortably.
After watching them for stretches against Purdue... I'll be very pleasantly surprised if we cover tonight. But we should win. It would be a devastating loss, at this point.

They lost Shelstad for the season and Bittle has been out for awhile, so its not just 1 guy but yeah he means a lot.
Averages 17 a game, including 34% from 3. 6'10" 250lbs. He'll be a handful tonight.

I expect a very close game. We should win but I doubt it's a blowout. I can guarantee you Altman doesn't want his protege showing him up. He's probably had this game circled on the calendar for a while.

These types of games are dangerous: A win doesn't bolster the résumé that much, but a loss is devastating.
