I thought it would be helpful to have a thread devoted to observations/comment on how other BT games, teams, and players (including former IU players like Rice, Carlyle & Tucker) are doing, injury news, and the like.
Unfortunately, I've been too busy to do much CB watching recently, but did note MSU's close win over #14 Arkansas.
Carlyle is shooting under 39% from the field at Florida Atlantic

Most of the BT teams have taken care of inferior competition.
Our win is the most impressive. Maryland lost to Georgetown. Washington lost to Baylor. Purdue only winning by 87-77 over Oakland was odd. Didn't see any of those games first hand, so can't comment further.

@hooky Kannan had a bad last game but is shooting 50% from 2 and 30% from three. Both Better %s than Romeo at IU.... So was he Carlton? oh and 92.3% from the line. Lets see his numbers in 10 games.

Michigan State's win is far better than ours (Arkansas)

Izzo just keeps rebuilding and feeding the monster. I only watched bits and pieces, but what I did see of them, they looked good.
I've yet to watch much basketball. I really want to see what Illinois looks like this season with that roster.

Dude, your obsessive Romeo comparison disorder isn't a flex.

@gros-louis At this point, probably. But neutral court over Marquette might end up looking more impressive than home win over Arkansas, at some point.
I had forgotten about MSU's win as I just saw the last minute or so, but I wasn't as surprised by what they did as I was with what we did (although I do agree that Shaka sucks).
