Hoosier Huddle was there...first media availability inside of a practice since the Tom Crean regime. Very cool for DeVries to allow that. I know that notes and observations plus video from the media availability is being worked on to post here by Nick and we'll have it up ASAP!

Practice could be interesting. Without the 2 new guys and 2 injured, it puts them at 9 scholarship guys.

Not surprisingly, some IU media is going down there, so we'll get some reports from them.

Great player interviews. Think this is going to be a team that will be enjoyable to watch. Think Conerway is going to be a big fan favorite GoHoosiersMBB 

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Darian DeVries and each of the players. By all accounts (going off of more than just these videos, obviously), this is a good group of young men. 

Tayton Conerway's comment about not being the biggest team but being the toughest team, the team that the opponent would leave saying "I don't want to play those guys again"...if that mentality translates to the court, I'll be very, very pleased. Combine toughness, tenacity and effort with good perimeter shooting and passing ability and you'll have a team that will be really fun to root for.

@tjinman1987 willingness and ability to move and pass the ball, translates up very well.  Cautiously optimistic about how good this group can be offensively.

@tjinman1987 Yeah, loved Conerway's enthusiasm and CDD's description of his play. Really looking forward to seeing the team, but especially Connerway and Enwright. Hope they can make a certain PG from up north's night a little less fun.

Seems to be a clone of CCC regarding practices. Get in, get down to business and get out.

Seemed like the media was able to watch practice and was impressed with the enthusiasm and pace.

One thing that caught my ear was a practice stat for the day. 18 assists to 2 to's.

Think this is going to be an exciting and fun team to watch this season.

After watching the player interviews a couple things stood out and sounded familiar.

1-"If your not getting better your getting worse"

2- sounds like practices are like football. Short and to the point. Get in, get things done and go home
