When they look up into the crowd and see 11k people? Came a long way, but we are a football school ladies and gents.

I went to my first live game this year v. Wisconsin.  I wish they'd cut the clip from I. Thomas boasting about having the best and most passionate fans in the country unless and until we no longer have a balcony that's 90% empty......it's an eye-roller right now.  To those there, just highlights how far we've dropped.  Show the mop lady and Smart & Watford shots and get on with it,

Well, Droopy Dog, that clip seems to excite the people that ARE there better than anything they've ever done right before tip-off.  Which is the whole idea.  If you want to focus on things that aren't as grand as they used to be, that's a long list and something that only someone who is a Negative Nancy would choose to do.

Bucktooth

I know it's low-hanging fruit and the lowest form of humor, but Bucky deserves it ... which is why I've said things like, "Woody has about as much chance of winning this game as Quinn actually making a dentist appointment."

I think a lot of our "friends " would have a hard time with the likes of Chris Rock, Richard Pryor etc.  it's just humor.  If they take this so serious that they can't see that well then there lies the problem

@cavanagh Sadly didn't happen.  I give him his due for his playing days but it stops there.  There were a lot more than 11k there btw

@courtsense doubtful balconies hold 5k and there were not more than 500-1000 in the balcony.

Not sure, but I do know they should sell oxygen masks up there. I've attended hundreds of sporting events in my life, and the upper deck at AH is the only one that truly frightened me. Not even joking. F---ed up my equilibrium.

Anyhow, I love The Hall ... but the interior is kind of an architectural abomination. Aside from the upper level being in the clouds, the aisles are narrower than an a-- hole, and the width of the bleacher "seats" were designed for people 100 pounds or less.

But man, those acoustics are something else.

@gthomas love the side bleacher seats, but you gotta be in the back row with your back against the wall.  I normally squat/stand the entire game. Get my core workout in and best viewing.  Mine are behind the visitor bench.  I was calling painter a bitch last game and a a PU inbred said I wouldn’t say that to his face.  Was fun. I called him a bitch about 6 inches from my face.   Thought he was gonn swing but he didn’t.  I was ready!!!
