DeVries and staff have made a strong focus on trying to get a freshman big man on the 2026 roster. Assuming Ethan Taylor and Arafan Diane do not go to Indiana which direction does IU take? Do they go to the portal or circle back for a player like Luigi Suigo?
It seemed like we felt good about Taylor at one point and had passed the fav KU, only to then be passed by MSU. Hoping they can get back in the game there. MSU has struggled by their standards and I thought Izzo was on his way out with the new climate, but to his credit he seems to have rebounded and has reinvigorated his recruiting at least.
@kkott I see where Ethan Taylor will be making his school announcement at 4 pm November 14. As has been much written, indications are MSU will be the slam dunk choice. Arafan Diane is to make his announcement on November 19.
Does anyone know the status of Andrej Acimovic, our 6'11" center? Is he hurt, red shirting or in orbit in a roundabout in Indpls.
