Here is a link to a FREE and quality OSU news site and forum, in case you're curious as to what Buckeye fans are saying. Overall they're a confident bunch with a LOT of respect for Indiana.

College Football with Sam is actually picking IU. He's a UM fan, so maybe not surprising, but he does an extremely good job of keeping it objective. Hard for me to think we could be a favorite vs OSU, but we do have many intangibles favoring us I believe: In Indy, think it will mean more to IU never having played in this game, I don't think last year's performance, especially the late TD will sit well with Cig and Co, and maybe the biggest: perfect let down spot for OSU between UM and the CFP and human nature will tell the players "it's just the same ol' IU". Believe the start is critical and we have to show we can play. If we can trade blows or even get a lead, I believe in this team to keep the pressure on and see if we can't get a break or 2 to go our way. If OSU plays their A game, I don't know if we can beat them with the talent disparity, but if they give us some openings, this group can take advantage of it.
@kkott his caveat is that IU needs a healthy OL which I agree with. We really need both Evans and Benson fully healthy and although he didn’t mention Franke by name he is a critical component of our special teams success. If OSU has returnable kickoffs they have a chance to bust a huge play either for a TD or a short field. Other than Wyatt being out I think this team can finally be at full strength for the first time in several weeks if everyone else is back.
Sure, OSU will likely pressure Mendoza. Might not matter when IU rushes for 278 yards.
If Indiana can rush the ball, Indiana wins.
If Indiana can rush the ball, Indiana wins.
This is really what it comes down to. If Indiana can run it on OSU, and avoid turnovers, the Hoosiers will win Saturday night.
If Indiana can rush the ball, Indiana wins.
My biggest concern is if the run game doesnt get going early and Shanahan tries to force it instead of trying to set up the run game by attacking with the pass. This isnt like Iowa where we can escape with a bad offensive game plan

More publicity the better.
@red-hornet Agree. Though I'd add the caveat that we have to run the ball all, or most of the game, on them, to win. Last year, we ran the ball sporadically very well against OSU. But that was offset by series where we got stuffed, which had us punting deep in our own territory... a couple of those punts led to much of the difference in the game.
No one will glean more from last seasons matchup vs. Buckeyes than Cignetti and staff. I'll say Bostad will find a couple adjustments that give Hoosiers some running room. This staff will create advantages.
