Good work on the preview!
I am keeping a close eye on fan attendance here to see whether or not IU is forced to use the silent count. Aside from the OSU game (which was our first one on the BIG national stage and propelled our confidence through the roof), over the last 2 years IU has destroyed teams when they haven't needed to use the silent count. Crowd noise impacts teams (shocker, I know) but the difference in our dominance is drastic when we can operate without noise pollution.
TickPick data shows 32.2% of ticket purchases are coming from the state of FL. 17.4% from Indiana and 11.6% from Illinois. I get there are Miami fans out of state but there are also IU fans in FL. I would imagine the # of IU fans in FL offset the # of Miami fans outside of FL. Thereby, the rest of the tickets are likely swinging primarily in IU's favor.
Hard Rock seats 65k, both teams get 20k so there are only around 25k tickets available to the public. Assuming both teams keep their 20k allotment, even if IU takes 70% of the 25k available to the open public, it will still only result in 60/40 split in favor of IU. I think it lands between 55-60% IU which will easily allow us to play IU's style of game.
Great write-up as usual! I both can and can't believe we're here.

We utilize a silent count even when noise isn’t a factor, and we’ll definitely use it Monday regardless of the crowd. Agree that it will likely be close to a 50/50 split among fans.
