Thanks, this is helpful. The devil is in the details.
Hoping for that TRO today.
Very helpful article. Easy to understand. Thank you for it.
Niziolek of the H-T is covering this hearing in real time on X.
The NCAA trying to make a case against our guy is extremely annoying.
Good news. We will update our story from earlier with the latest developments.

Down to the last tick of the clock. The full hearing is on the 27th only 3 days behind the opener with Old Dominion. Seems like the NCAA doesn't like to go out of its way with the Alabama's, Michigan's, ND's, and Ohio State's of the world. IU will serve as the poster child for the case.
@thehoosierhuddle No I understand. The decision is in the hands of the courts unless something very unusual would transpire in the mediation process. I'm ranting as a member of the NCAA hater's club an organization that in my opinion favors the big money schools when making their decisions. I wonder how long it took the NCAA to decide Louis was ineligible.
Louis' full hearing is tomorrow. Big day. Need his lawyers to stick it to the NCAA.
Looks like Louis gets to play for at least the first 2 games. Case pushed back 2 weeks for review, but he was given the temporary ability to continue to play.
