Thank you for posting and sharing. Very good article. The one thing that has always been interesting to me is that in both the NFL and the NBA, not all of the players are 4 and 5 star recruits. The leagues have a way of finding players, no matter where they attend college. Everyone can think of a high draftee that when announced the statement of who is that and where is that person from?

That is eye-popping. On paper we lag far behind in recruiting and talent, yet here we are. I would argue that what Cignetti has done at IU is not only astonishing - - it's unprecedented. Development and fit. Best college coach currently in the game and, if someone had given him a power conference HC chance 20 years ago, he might have cemented a legacy as the greatest of all time.
