IU Wins but this is an interesting game.  I know why people say it should be closer than the first time but it seems like we have more in our favor than the first go round.

Charlie Becker and a healthier OL.  Crowd noise shouldn't be a factor like the first time.  IU seems to have fixed a lot of their early issues of giving up a big play TD in the secondary.  Outside of Penn State, no offense has put up points against IU's D.  Oregon lost their short game running back who accounted for 15 of their TD's this year.  The only advantage Oregon has is since we lost Wyatt and Daily, I don't think our pass rush is quite as good as the first meeting.

I'm struggling to see where Oregon scores more than the first game and where IU doesn't score at least the same if not more but anything can happen in a rematch.

@bbh42 We have a lot going in our favor. Their RB who gashed us last time is out, their RB4/5/6 are all out. Their RB1 has been added as "questionable" to the injury report. If he cant go or has to play limited snaps, they only have their RB3 as a scholarship player. I read that they have been giving a LB snaps at RB this week because they are so short handed. Dakorien Moore is also not the same ever since he got injured.

On the flip, we are missing Wyatt and Daley who both had good games against them. But we also have the emergence of Becker as a deep threat, which is something we had been missing all year in our offense.

We have more in favor for us than against compared to the last bout IMO

IU 34-17, Oregon's running back depth (lack thereof) will present a huge issue. IU's d-line has a dominant game similar to our regular season matchup.

28-10

crowd noise will be negated, their D-line tricks of late shifting will not work this time around and we will not be drawn offsides 6 times, thus our 3rd down situation will be 3rd and 2 or 3, not 3rd and 7/8. We will be able to sustain longer drives due to this

The belt to ass predictions were right. Some nice calls.

I was close, had them with 20 (and us with only 30 ...)
