For those of you who were able to be there I think you'd enjoy reading this 😀:

"I thought it was just red seats, but it was Indiana fans." 😉🤣
Now he knows what Custer must have felt at The Little Bighorn... 😂
Great Work INDIANA Fans!!!
The Indiana fan show-out was amazing to see & hear. Well done Hoosier fans.
@red-hornet talked to folks who took our seats, big sports fans, and they said at the Ponds interception they have never heard a stadium louder, ever. And they said the estimates of Oregon fan size was way over stated . There wasn't 5000 fans there.
BEAT PURDUE
Gosh, I wish we could repeat that in Miami, lol
@irregulars Yeah, I defaulted to 90-10 because that's the closest round #, but I agree, it wasn't even 10% Oregon fans. If there were 76000 in the stadium as announced, 5000 or even slightly less, sounds right. I said the OR side was 60:40, but watching a couple videos, I think even that was overstated. It looks like there were more IU fans there. And, I'm only talking the lower 100 level section, everything in the 200 and 300 sections was red.
@red-hornet I don't see how we can, because 1) it's in their home stadium (which I don't think should even be allowed, but that's a discussion for another day!), 2) a lot of tix are corporate buys and they won't be looking to sell, and 3) Miami fans don't have to travel and have bucks. It's going to be the most expensive college ticket ever, though, and I think there will be a lot of red. 50:50% I think would be a huge accomplishment. If we have more than that, it's a huge testament to Hoosier fans. Wish I could go, but I just can't swing that and will have to watch with friends.
Keep in mind that there are also a lot of IU alumni in Florida. I expect many of those to attempt to go. The one worrisome thing though is that Miami had a one day jump to get the tickets they wanted.
@kkott I'm in the same boat. Glad I was able to get to Atlanta, but will be watching it with a series of Game Day Lagers in Bloomington Brewing Co glass from my couch while in Freeloader chat with the rest of the sickos.

brother, UM fans don’t even travel to Hard Rock. It’ll be a pro IU crowd. 💯@red-hornet I don't see how we can, because 1) it's in their home stadium (which I don't think should even be allowed, but that's a discussion for another day!), 2) a lot of tix are corporate buys and they won't be looking to sell, and 3) Miami fans don't have to travel and have bucks. @doggy1 Maybe not during the regular season (I know, hard to believe with a home schedule that includes Lville, Stanford, Syracuse, and NC St) but I can't imagine Miami playing for a NC in their own stadium won't be a hot ticket. Tons of money there and that will "the place to be" which seems a very Miami thing. If we have the majority of fans, that will be an amazing accomplishment.

There will be plenty of Miami "fans" there, well-heeled south Floridians who can easily drop 10k for a couple of tickets. They'll show up for the vibe, the selfies and then leave early.
I also think, though, that IU will have more than a few fans from the area who don't have any direct ties to IU but have been drawn in by the Fernando Mendoza story. Gotta think he's captured the hearts of the Cuban-American community and practicing Catholics.
So yes, I tend to agree that it might be a little louder for our side than theirs.
The CFP in this configuration is new, but I hope they fix this going forward and only use sites that aren't the home stadium for any college team. It's ridiculous that we as the #1 seed are having to play the #10 seed in their own stadium. Have to be a ton of venues that aren't the home field for a college team. Think we were in a great one last week!
