To ascend to the throne you have to knock off the king. Give me OSU next Saturday.
Shit, I forgot Michigan would also need an Oregon loss. So ... OSU, Michigan, or Oregon?
I should do my homework before creating a poll. Dumbass.
@gthomas Yeah, I was just about to say that, but I want OSU too! Just to see what we can do. It will be a big learning opportunity where a lose will not hurt us in the least.
OSU. Sure I’d love to play Michigan for the conference championship, but Oregon would have to lose to Washington and I just don’t see that happening. I don’t want a rematch with them let alone the chance of having to potentially play them three times. No thanks…
Oregon or Michigan I think would be easier to beat. And I want the Hoosiers to win the Big ten title! But likely to be Ohio State. Thats cool. They are seen as the best. Beat the best to be the best.
I guess I want Ohio State.
One reason is, we have already beaten Michigan in the Cig era. Next up!

I guess I'd rather play UM. Just an easier game to potentially win the conference.
Beating OSU would be sweet, but we've got the playoff coming so that is gonna give me all the big game action I need.
I fully expect we'll be playing OSU.
@tammany - I think we should all want OSU, because with Texas AM loss, I now think IU and OSU stay 1 and 2 seeds now, regardless of who wins. If its Oregon or UM, a loss would make winning the B1G title, more important.
While very few things make me happier than Ohio State losing a football game, having next week an No. 1 vs. No. 2 would be awesome.
@yothn If 1-loss Georgia is the SEC champion, I bet they move to #2. I think the BTC loser will be #3 if that happens. (Loser won't drop to #4 because it would potentially lead to a semifinal rematch. I think the only way OSU and IU could meet again is in the title game.)
My guess...
#1 B1G champ
#2 Georgia (if SEC champ)
#3 B1G runner-up
#4 Texas Tech (if Big 12 champ)
If both Georgia and Tech suffer a 2nd loss, the bye scenarios are seemingly endless.
_____________
Side note: I think 3-loss Texas will claim the final at-large spot ... deserved or not.

Epic!
@gthomas Originally i thought the same. Its certainly possible but man, they would have an SEC title but assuming IU or OSU loses a close game, the loss would be the best loss in the nation. I guess we'll see.

Unfortunately for Texas the playoff entails taking the ACC champion (Virginia?) as well as the highest ranked, G6 champion.
@littlebitchbuckeye Won't matter. Texas will steal Miami's spot.

Texas needs a miracle to receive an invitation.

Also, if 2 loss Bama beats Georgia, I dont see them putting Bama ahead of IU or OSU.
