Beating Ole Miss and Bama on our way to a title would be a feather in the cap since Herbstreit said they both should've been in the CFP over IU last year.  The Ole Miss coaching staff is in shambles...or should I say Chambliss. Hardy har.  But really, the recruiting and lack of coaching staff will make it really hard to beat a Cignetti coached team.

Ole Miss but I think Miami will win.  I'd love for Ole Miss to make it to the NC game and show Kiffin that might have been his best shot at a NC.  Then I hope LSU get's fines or NCAA violations or something for tampering with Kiffin.

Unlike the NFL, there aren’t tampering rules for coaches in the NCAA. Everyone is fair game.

Yes, but I think there should be and there will be eventually.

These teams aren’t close to Oregon or IU.

Late to the thread, but rooting for ole miss despite their conference.  I think we match up better against them, and Miami D line is scary good at the moment...plus it will he a home game for them if they win.  Of course none of that matters if we don't hunt some ducks tomorrow.

Ole Mis, but Miami will win.  Miami gets a home game & first crack at some of the neutral tix after they win tonight.  Their line play on both sides of the ball can give us trouble…

Miami db just got targeting which means he is disqualified from the first half of the next game. Of note if they win.

Miami will NOT run over our D. no way. Now we need to get there.

B10 refs really helped Mia in this game imho. IF we were to play them, their speed worries me! That Toney is probably the best wr at getting behind the defense! Reminds me of TY Hilton. Our D is way better than Ole Misses though. They were gashed all night and let Mia control the clock. All that said, I’m just worried about tommorrow!

@d-b-cooper I think Miami is a load for anyone with that defensive line and their ability to run the ball. Their RB is a load.

@kkott what I saw was an undisciplined talented team. Can’t game plan. They lost to Louisville at home man. They lost in ot to SMU too. You know why? Louisville is a very well coached team in all facets. Miami has holes everywhere that will have lanning and Cig taking advantage of.

The sideline antics from Miami is so cringey. I’m glad Cig and the players don’t do that.

I wanted Ole Miss, thought they might be a little easier to beat, plus Miami will have more fans in the stadium.

But don't care. Beating Oregon is a tough task. If we do that, we are all happy.

As an old 'block-I-change-of-pace' guy from way back. I am glad Indiana has settled on the trident. (Or whatever it is called.)

This, is so beautiful! -

Will look even sweeter once we are right above that U .
