Although 11s in the 100m is by no means slow that’s not really elite speed nowadays. the fastest guys run in the 10s now even in hs. Ponds ran a 10.47 in hs. LeBron Bond was 10.75 as well. The Olympic guys are in the high 9s. Usain Bolt’s record is 9.63. Not to say he isn’t a good db though. I honestly haven’t seen any film on him and even if I had I’m not sure I’d have a great gauge as to how well it will translate to this level. I have complete trust in the staff to evaluate that.
