@red-hornet Wonder how the coaching staff is looking at the RB position. Perhaps they'll get one more guy for depth. Martin, Beebe, & Richard appear to be the top 3 backs. Cuono should be ready to step up to fill the role Martin played last year by getting 50 or so carries for the season. Per 247Sports Cuono had 19 offers coming out of high school which included the likes of Vanderbilt, Auburn, Minnesota, West Virginia, South Carolina, Boston College, and Kansas State.
Indiana may take another powerful-running RB, but if Beebee's healthy he'll be that type of back.

I get the sense that the staff wants another back.
@boogie Starter? For sure, imo. I'm not a football guy, but not afraid to say what I see, and I think he's got the highest potential of any receiver we have. Great size, great speed and athleticism and the best hands I've seen in college football this year. Right up there with Makai Lemon and Jeremiah Smith. I think he could be the best receiver in the conference next year, but our offensive balance and the talent in that room dividing catches (and the fact that I think Smith is back again) will probably keep him from that.
@kkott - Its wild to think we could have an even more veteran Cooper, Marsh, Becker WR group. That's just cheating at that point.
only putting this in here because iu is mentioned and he went to the same hs as ej williams

Anybody aware of any IU interest in any of the following: TE Cole Rusk, Illinois; TE Jelani Thurman, OSU; TE Josh Phifer, James Madison; TB Wayne Knight, James Madison??
@mushroomgod I was just looking to see what veteran TEs were out there, so I’m intrigued to hear if we are kicking the tires on any of them.
Sammy(or others in the know), what positions do we think will be high priority moving forward? I am sure it is probably somewhere in the chat, so I apologize for any redundancy.
Looks like Oregon is the leader for AJ Harris.
@evillehoosier8 I think LB, OL has to be a priority as well, punter, a KOS, IU needs at least one other TE.
I see where Mylan Graham, Ohio State, former Indiana 4 star receiver from New Haven is in the portal.
@bigmike It looks like Parker Livingstone could be the other WR target, but he's not locked up just yet

I haven't seen any mention of IU being interested in any particular OL. What does everyone make of that? Seems odd.
@thehoosierhuddle The receiving core will most definitely be a strength for 2026. Becker, Marsh, Tyler Morris (Michigan transfer out with injury) and perhaps Cooper and Livingstone. Chandler, Bond and Kendrick may be ready to play but I'm not sure how Cig finds time for them to get on the field.

I think it's a combination of the staff being picky and preparation for our game Friday. The staff isn't doing as much with portal stuff as other teams, ATM.
