Thanks to @janitor14, @walt542 for stopping by today.
IU kicks off against Minnesota at 3:30pm.
Wyatt and Chandler are out for IU. Hoover not on the availability report

Per my analysis, Hoover's arm looked stronger in warm-up. It felt like he lacked zip last week, but in this warm-up he had some.
Now, this is just warmups, so take that as you will

Indiana wins the toss and elects to differ. Minnesota will get the ball to open things up
IU wins the toss and will defer to the second half. We are ready from a sold out Memorial Stadium

@cmanahan can we run against minny? That could take some of the pressure off Hoover.
While I regarded God as a tyrant I thought my sin a trifle; But when I knew Him to be my Father, then I mourned that I could ever have kicked against Him. When I thought God was hard, I found it easy to sin; but when I found God so kind, so good, so overflowing with compassion, I smote upon my breast to think that I could ever have rebelled against One who loved me so, and sought my good.” C. H. Spurgeon
Every week is different so take this with a grain of salt but Minnesota did just beat the Iowa squad that thumped Wisconsin today. The Gophers are no walkover.
No Hardy to start the game.

Savage with a stuff on first down, great tackle, second and 10
Amare Ferrell sniffed out the screen pass and got a TFL to bring up third and 11
Tobi Osunsanmi gets pressure through, and Lindsay has to throw the ball away, bringing up a punt.
IU avoids a roughing-the-kicker call and is awarded running into the kicker. Minnesota will decline
Hardy left warm-ups early and didn't play that drive at all. Potential injury watch for IU. Savage however, made a good play in that drive
QB keeper, run up the middle, sack. Hoover took hits and IU punts. Punt was terrible, and Minnesota wins the field position battle early after both teams exchanging punts
Billy Gowers with a dreadful punt. Minnesota starts at the 27-yard line of IU. Very early but the defense is put into a bad spot right away.
Hoover is NOT a leader
24 straight made FGs for Minnesota and the Gophers cash in on the great field position. Good stop on third down by Jacob Savage.
Minnesota 37 yd FG
