Jr. is getting fired up for the season and did his B1G season predictions that I feel compelled to save for posterity. He's a homer with some burning hot takes, but I'll see if I should entrust him with some gambling money after seeing how this goes.

I like tier 1 (except for IU’s loss, hahaha. My wife is a PSU alum).
While I can see Oregon maybe taking a step back, tier four seems like a bit much. Plus, that would diminish IU’s win against them.
Thanks for posting this.
@cg-paul Yeah, lol, his Oregon & Ohio St. predictions are outta left field. Kids, amirite?
Ha, I like it with the exceptions you noted, and maybe MSU is a little too high.
@tmft I’m curious as to why he thinks Oregon will have such a steep fall. Plus, if that’s where OSU ends up Day will become the first coach to get fired a year after winning the national championship. Not gonna happen.

Lost their best WR to a torn patella during spring practice and I think it's a huge ask for Dante Moore to fill Dillon Gabriel's shoes over the course of a single season. Dillon Gabriel was one of college football's most experienced and prolific passers of all-time. Dante Moore got beat out at UCLA and transferred to Oregon where he threw 7 passes all of last season. Was a very highly touted recruit but hasn't played much football over the course of the last two seasons. QB play is everything in college football and Oregon needs its new guy to step up and do it quickly.
Could also apply this to Ohio State who is breaking in a young, inexperienced QB.
@jj_mcclure Depends on who you ask. If you ask me, it's because he's 11 and doesn't appreciate the amount of money that Oregon has to pay players nor how good a coach Lanning is.
If you ask him, it's because Dillon Gabriel was an outstanding college QB that's hard to replace. I don't necessarily disagree with the sentiment, but not to the tune of that kind of collapse.
And on second thought, other than the Rutgers game, I don't think his OSU prediction is outside the realm of possible. I would have the Texas game circled as an OSU loss too. Losses to Penn St. & Michigan are certainly possible.
I don’t see IL that low. I think they beat Rutgers and Northwestern so two more wins.

I'll say OSU, Oregon, Illinois, Iowa, USC all too low. MSU, Rutgers, maybe Neb and Wiscy, and probably IU (sadly) too high. I still think we'll have a good season, but 8-1 is asking a lot, so I don't think IU in tier 1 is a total homer pick, but I'd probably put them in tier 2 if I had money on it.
Title game will probably be PSU over whomever wins the OSU-UM game.

This made me lol.
I like Jr's outlook on IUFB. The season is almost here...
Can't wait for the season to start. 3wks until fall practice begins!!
