@walt542 For those who know football and offenses better, assuming everyone in the receiving corp is healthy, how do you get Becker into the starting lineup. Is he a 1:1 swap for EJ? And, I feel bad suggesting it, because EJ's been great all year and has done nothing to get passed over, but you simply can't ignore Becker's hands, chemistry with Fernando and production. Hope there are no egos, because there are snaps for all 4, but I think we're better the more Becker finds the field.
That is a good question. Becker is a very tough matchup. I do think you will see him used more and rotate with EJ. Agreed, Becker is a beast! @hoosierific I think there was definitely an argument there, but I'm glad they picked Mendoza. One more accolade to add before the Heisman and also helped earn it with his toughness and throws. I don't trust the SEC writers who I think may still lobby for Pavia, but I think Mendoza so thoroughly outplayed Sayin that there won't be much splitting of votes between those 2.
EJ is more of a possession receiver. He is great on those short yard routes. Knows how to use his body to box out the defender. Where as Becker is more of a deep threat.
