Have they announced who the honorary captain will be? Gotta be Don Fischer, heard he is gonna be in town, 50+ years of mostly bad football that he has been forced to sit thru

I have not seen an announcement. While Don would be a great choice, it would mean someone else would have to call the first few plays.

@busdrivere Agreed, it should be Fisch. Dude is an institution and deserves acknowledgement. I've actually been happy for him for all the recognition he's gotten from the TV broadcasts I've watched. He's been mentioned quite often. His segments on Monday make Coyle tolerable for a few minutes.

I'm an AT guy.  

 

That man earned his right to represent Indiana University as the Honorary Captain.  

 

His interview a month ago with the Big Ten Network brought a tear to my eye, his love of IU just shines through.
