@dochowder

We've received your request and have got an answer for you!

I understand that you're experiencing an issue where you can read paid content on your desktop but not on your mobile phone for your Hoosier Huddle site.

This discrepancy between desktop and mobile access to paid content could be caused by several factors. First, let's check if you're properly logged into the same account on your mobile device. Sometimes, users might be automatically logged out on mobile or could be using a different account without realizing it.

Another possibility is that there might be browser caching issues on your mobile device. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies on your phone, or try accessing the site using a different browser app.

The mobile app might also handle paid content differently than the desktop version. If you're using the WordPress mobile app, make sure it's updated to the latest version. Alternatively, try accessing your site through a mobile browser instead of the app to see if that resolves the issue.

It could also be related to how the paid content block is configured on your site. Some blocks might not display properly on mobile if they're not set up with mobile responsiveness in mind.

To help troubleshoot further, could you please provide more details about:
1. Are you using the WordPress mobile app or a mobile browser?
2. Have you tried logging out and logging back in on your mobile device?
3. Does this happen with all paid content or just specific posts/pages?
4. Have you recently made any changes to your site or paid content settings?

I hope that helps! If I misunderstood your question or if you have any follow-up questions, please reply to this email and one of our experts will get back to you.

Your profile shows you as a New Member only, with zero green stars. ICBW, but I think you get a green star for subscribing, so there's a discrepancy there. I'm just spitballing, but that might point someone smarter than me in the right direction.

  • Sammy - wondering about Clark and his move to edge.  I heard he's gotten bigger then last year - wondering if you could tell if he's kept the same quickness and speed.  He's someone the previous staff got (going off memory) and he's someone this staff wanted to keep in the fold, which they obviously did.

I guess I'm really asking what your thoughts are of him with the new move (after a very brief viewing today).

@boogie Really hard to tell with drills. I will watch DLine tomorrow more. Also I have nothing to really compare him to last year other than maybe his size. I did not see practice all that much last fall.
