Like Curt Cignetti, I will put no self-imposed limitations on what the 2026 Indiana Hoosiers can accomplish.

Let’s go win another one.

@iugradman Thought it was a road game for some reason. USC at home is huge, their team plays much worse on the road under Lincoln Riley

With Cignetti and staff along with support of IU administration it's possible again.

Yes, host USC and at PU is the fourth road game.

Looking at the schedule, there appear to be four objectively hard games- Ohio State, Michigan, USC, and Washington. Fortunately, two are at home.

Ohio State will be good again but getting them at home is huge.

Michigan is always a tough place to play but I don’t know how good Bryce Underwood really is.

USC will have a good offense but their defense has been mediocre. And the game is at home.

Washington has a good QB and their stadium is a hard place to play as well.

If IU can split those and have no other trip ups, then they should be in contention for a playoff spot.

@cg-paul Purdue is at home. IU's Big Ten road games are at Rutgers, at Nebraska, at Michigan and at Washington

@gros-louis It's March. Nobody actually knows. Fun to talk about, but I put zero stock in March record "predictions".

I don't have any expectations. We got our championship(s)... 😎

I'll just watch and enjoy. What a pleasure it is watching well coached football!

@hurryinghoosiers I vividly remember Cig scoffing at a question on how could he possibly duplicate year one's results. He said (with a very straight face) "that wasn't the expectation. We fell short" or something to that effect. I also remember thinking "look at the balls on this guy!" He was right and he wasn't even a little bit shy about saying so.

I can't remember whether I read about this on here or elsewhere.....but the story goes that when Gig was recruiting Ponds he talked to his Dad and  Dad asked if they would be able to get to a bowl game, to which Cig replied 'Bowl game, hell, we're going to win it all."
