Due to their carriage dispute Disney decided to pull ESPN/ABC from YouTube TV (which is how I watch college football). Luckily our games wont be impacted thanks to the B1G not being a ESPN partner, but this wipes out all of the SEC/ACC games if anyone wanted to tune into them, disappointing. At the rate we are going we will need a dozen subscriptions just to watch all the games LOL
Yeah...I am really close to just canceling YouTubeTV. But that gives the Mouse the win, we will see if they get a deal done before Saturday. That may change my mind.

These things usually get settled. It's brinkmanship. Like what we see with Comcast and local channels a lot, or what the Feds are going through right now.
If this isn't resolved by Saturday, SEC country might literally implode.
College Gameday is still can't miss TV, for me. This is bull spit.
@unclemark It's a total ploy by ESPN to drive people to their steaming service. Just sucks that we, the fans, get sucked into the wash.
I canceled YouTube TV for Fubo months ago.
@ams66 Ive used Fubo in the past, but YTTV having all the games saved to the cloud for re-watch, seamless streaming on different devices, and multi view just made it such a premium product for watching football.
I dont want to give ESPN the win, but Im not paying $90 a month for a service that only has B1G games
I was living in an area the past 3 months where the regional cable provider and Disney didn't reach terms and ESPN etc. was eliminated Aug 1.
ESPN games have been airing uninterrupted on YouTube. Curious if this continues. Seems like it has been a leverage move by Google.
This is exactly why I stream events and only stream events. There are very few games that are unavailable to watch and no worries about some platform you subscribed to removing events you specifically paid to have access to.
what are you talking about? YouTube TV is streaming. This is exactly why I stream events and only stream events. There are very few games that are unavailable to watch and no worries about some platform you subscribed to removing events you specifically paid to have access to.
@walt542 There are sites online that you can stream for free, so no worries of contract disputes. Not sure why anyone would continue to pay these companies who continually screw people over with contract disputes.
I have YTTV. My sort of simple solution is Sling offers a weekend package with ESPN for $9 bucks but no Fox Sports. So I will run Sling and YTTV this weekend. Downside flipping services for games and no quad box.
YTTV is giving us $20 bucks back so this will cover the cost for 2 weekends.
there is also the high seas which also has drawbacks.

This is like the government shutdown only a lot more people care.
