Hope they name Don Fisher as honorary captain he deserves it
Some months ago I started synching Don's call on the Varsity app with the game on TV with the sound off on the TV. Undefeated ever since!

@shooter - I had 30 people over and did the same. Gents, we know whats about to happen but regardless, this is unreal. .
Maybe the big IU donors can buy up the tickets and sell them in Bloomington at a discount
@hurryinghoosiers IU will get 20k tickets for this game. I’ll be able to buy a new roof and deck!
I would consider Jane but when the team has been bad,we, like Jane, could turn the game off and go do other things. Don has had to stay for every play for every game for 50 plus yrs. Enough said
Never in my lifetime did I think Indiana University would be in the national title game of a football playoff. Never.
If we win on the 19th, Cig will have done the best coaching job in sports history, IMO.
This isn't reality.
Like Secretariat at the Belmont,
The team is playing LIKE A TREMENDOUS MACHINE!

Reading the Miami fan forum, they are struggling to get tix. Its so bad, they legitimately thought they'd try and buy IU season tix to get a chance at IUs allotment for this game. Ha. They called and found out it doesnt work that way for IU. It does for Miami.
@yothn it’s funny when you hear stories about IU fans buying up other schools allotments. I bet policy changes come because of it. Saw(not sure it’s true) that IU fans bought up most of the Oregon allotment. Will be interesting to see the fan split.

I can confirm that I was personally told by an IU friend at the Peach Bowl that they did indeed buy their tickets directly from the Oregon site.
I’m not sure if that happened for the majority of the Oregon tickets, but it certainly looked like it.
Been doing that for years.
Both FB and BB.
So glad this has happened for him. Well deserved.
You can tell he is thoroughly enjoying it

My understanding was that there was an agreement between UO and IU to make that happen
